how do I store my frutels?		the vitamins and minerals in frutels are packed into a chocolate. during the summer months, it is important to store chocolate in a cool dry place. Ideally, chocolate should be kept between 60° and 75°F. if the storage temperature exceeds 75°F, some of the cocoa butter may appear on the surface, causing the chocolate to develop a whitish cast, known as "bloom." chocolate bloom is natural at a higher temperature and does not affect the quality or taste of chocolate.

what is maltitol syrup?		maltitol syrup is a low glycemic natural sugar alcohol that sweetens frutels. frutels are low glycemic to allow the vitamins to work. if you have a sensitive stomach, maltitol may have a mild laxative effect. if you experience this, you should take your frutels with food, or yogurt.
