Keto Breakfast Quich

Your whole family will like this low-carb quiche because it is quick and simple to cook and can be customized with the addition of your favorite ingredients.

Cooking time is 25 minutes.

Time allotted: 35 minutes



  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3cup heavy cream
  • 1 cups pinach chopped
  • 2 breakfast sausage links chopped
  • 1cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and pepperto taste
  • 1tbsp butter or cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare your eggs by whipping them with heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the spinach and sausages (or whatever fillings you’re using) and mix well.
  4. Fold in the cheese, reserving a small amount for the top.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the saved cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
